Landing: Landing on Water (2017)

Water is migration’s biggest friend and foe – a vehicle and obstacle, but is also an origin of life. In 2017 we started working on audio-visual and choreographic work that includes water, its creatures and rhythms. The location produced work on locations, dancing and shooting on coasts, shores, and other water lines. This is part of the interest of telling a story larger than our own narratives, where do you go when you’ve ran away so far the only thing in front of you is water?

The video and audio work we produced for this theme was shown internationally in festivals and exhibitions in Ireland, United States, and Greece.

The audio work is available here.
