I am a curator, practicing visual artist, and art writer, based in Dublin, Ireland. I earned my MFA degree in Computer Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and my PhD at NCAD in Dublin. During my PhD studies, I developed a consistent curatorial practice and curated several exhibitions and art events. As a curator I am primarily interested in multiplatform group exhibitions, with a commitment to expanded practice. I have an international practice, aimed at developing both Irish audience’s exposure to visual art produced elsewhere, and promote Irish artists’ work in international settings.

As an artist I predominantly make moving image installations, with a subject matter focus on political identity and post-migration living. In my practice I collaborate with a dance artist as part of Landing Collective. My work critiques political aspects of everyday life through examining physical actions such as walking, talking, and touching, with a current focus on acculturation and political identity.

I am an active participant in the Irish arts community, and acted as board member and treasurer at Platform Arts in Belfast for two years. My writing has been published in Circa Magazine and Visual Artists Ireland News Sheet.
